Wanhua District has rich culture. Longshan Cultural & Creative Base takes "cultivating local designers, artists, and creators" as its most important mission. It develops local brands and provides touring services, art performances, interactive activities, and so on, for tourists to participate and experience. 

Once you enter the underground street on the B2 floor of the Longshan Temple, you will see the wall of the small Wanhua old street. The feeling here is totally not the same as the Wanhua Mall in B1. Each store shows its special design that merges Wanhua’s traditions with new ideas; here, visitors from different generations can find and learn about Wanhua's cultural and creative goods.
