Built in the Japanese colonial period at Nishiki-Cho of Taipei City, Nishiki-Cho Japanese-style dormitories were for middle-level officers. The dormitories were constructed in the area called Rokujo Doori, Nishiki-Cho during the Showa period.

Located at No. 84 and 86 on Jinhua Street, Jin Jin Ding dessert store is a revamp of the Nishiki-Cho Japanese-style dormitory, in which the features of Japanese architecture can be seen everywhere. It is recommended for visitors who love the atmosphere of old Japanese buildings.
