Gongguan Riverside Plaza, near Xindian River, was the water source of Taipei City a century ago, and is also the only section of Taipei City’s landscape area that has no embankment.

The Waterfront Plaza is a place for relaxing and enjoying the riverside view during the day as well as having the fun of cycling by the riverbank. As night falls, the place transforms into a bar street, where there are art exhibitions, performances, and light food and drinks for visitors to entertain themselves.
