Located in the Dadaocheng neighborhood, it is adjacent to the former site of Daan Hospital, which Wei-Shui Chiang opened in Dadaocheng. Daan Hospital was where Wei-Shui Chiang practiced medicine in the past and also the general wholesale office of The Taiwan-Minpo. It was to be the base for promoting the New Culture Movement in Taiwan. The permanent exhibition "Hello, Wei-Shui" on this site showcases Wei-Shui Chiang's life experience and his efforts to promote the New Culture Movement in Taiwan, which commemorates this critical promoter of Taiwan's liberal and democratic ideology.
