Eid al-Fitr is the most important festival of the year for our Muslim friends. Friends and relatives come together to share in the joy. The Taipei City Government is staging the 2022 Eid al-Fitr in Taipei on May 8th (SUN.), after the month of Ramadan. The diverse range of activities will include Halal bazaar, stage performances, and so on, giving you a special experience of friendliness and warm hospitality of Taipei.

🎵Stage Performance(14:00-17:10)
We invited different artists this year. Indonesian Chinese artists, such as Ricky Hu and Jim Willis, Indonesian workers' band UNIBAND, and International artist Fildan Rahayu(video). This exciting performance can not be missed!

🌟Distribution of Exclusive Souvenirs(limited to 200 people) Time:13:30pm(Wait in line and take a number card) Location: Open-air Music Terrance(facing the left side of stage) Souvenir: Mosque-shaped EasyCard Please show your proof of at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.

🎵Halal Bazaar(10:00-17:00)&Culture Experiences(13:00-17:00)
Different kinds of Mulsim cultural booths in the Halal Bazaar. Islamic calligraphy, Oud, and Taipei public library cultural exchange bookstand for cultural experiences to allow everyone to get to know Muslim culture. 

🎵Outdoor Cinema(times-10:30、14:35)
This is the first time to have an outdoor cinema. A documentary filmed by Taiwan Public Television Service "Help is on the way" and an Indian musical drama movie "Secret Superstar" to make everyone enjoy a different visual and hearing experience.

Balloon inflation times:5/8(Sun.) 17:00-19:00

1.Venue Entry Requirements:

  2️⃣Wash your hands frequently.
  3️⃣Keep a safe distance.
  4️⃣Ban on eating and drinking.(Drinking water is exempt from the ban)

3.If anyone has a fever, respiratory symptoms, related travel history and tracks to positive COVID-19 patients. Please make sure to have self-health monitoring, and do not attend this event to avoid the risk.
4. Due to the pandemic situation and to cooperate with the Government and Taipei City's pandemic regulation, the organizer will be rolling to adjust this event and content.
5.The organizer retains the right of ultimate adjustment, change, event explanation, and cancels this event.
