Taipei Travel

This event is held annually on the weekend before the 7th day of the 7th lunar month at Dadaocheng Wharf. It is the most representative Chinese Valentine’s Day event in Taiwan. Singers take turns in performing love songs and there is also a fireworks show (or other creative performances). You can also visit a love-themed cultural and creative market, food trucks, a cool beer area, and fun experiential activities. Come with your lover or family and friends to enjoy a romantic time beside the river at Dadaocheng.

Early-period activities are held combining local shopping areas and businesses; travel agents also arrange special tours. Visitors are encouraged to walk into the neighborhoods and through the lanes and alleys of this old area of Taipei, soaking up the small-town charm of Dadaocheng.
