Shops and department stores in Tianmu’s commercial district are invited to be part of the Tianmu Halloween Festival taking place each year in October. Among the activities are a costume parade, trick-or-treating, a special-theme market and cartoon character performances. The festival has become one of the most representative annual events in Tianmu’s commercial district each year bringing in large crowds and creating new business opportunities.
