With the theme "Remember Forever" the 2024 Taipei Military Village Cultural Festival will highlight the popular culture of military dependents’ villages, exploring aspects such as film, music, literature, and cuisine, showcasing the historical atmosphere and life memories of military dependents’ villages across different periods. A series of events including a themed concert, an open-air cinema, and a market will be held at Daan Park on October 5/6 this year. Throughout October, there will be a series of interconnected events taking place at various military dependents’ village sites in Taipei, including 44 South Military Village, Jiahe New Village, Huanmin New Village, and Zhongxin New Village. This is a great opportunity to learn and reminisce about the unique atmosphere of the military village era.
