Yanping Riverside Park is near Zhongxiao Bridge, at the end of Minsheng West Road. From the end of Nanjing West Road (No. 4), you'll see a vast expanse of lush forest, green lawns, and shady trees.

The Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei, once the building of an elementary school built by the Taipei City Government during the Japanese era, offers free audio guide downloads, rentals, and group tours. A two-story Western-style building with a white exterior and Greek columns, it resembles the style of American Southern colonialism. It was once the residence of the American ambassador. In 1997, designated as a third-level historic monument, the Taiwan Film and Culture Association operated it, commissioned by the Department of Cultural Affairs of the Taipei City Government. It became the "Taipei Film House," mainly focusing on film culture.
