Once a solitary food stall next to Shuanglian Market, Formosa Chang has grown into an international chain with 29 restaurants in Taiwan and four in Japan. The house specialty is Taiwanese-style soy stewed meats served on rice. The restaurant's trademark dish won the "Most Popular Award" at the 9th Taipei Traditional Food Carnival. This is a good spot for an authentic taste of local cuisine.
