To commemorate its 25th anniversary of the MRT, Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation (TRTC) joined hands with Eslite Bookstore to introduce a new line of co-branded products based on the design concept of ‘how MRT changed people’s life’.
Starting today, a range of co-branded merchandise including book bags, eco-bags, and notebooks will be available at the MRT souvenir booths located at MRT Zhongshan Station and MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station.
According to TRTC, the MRT system has a huge impact on how locals go about their daily life, forming a unique ‘MRT culture’. Furthermore, to celebrate World Book Day on April 23, the two companies collaborated to establish the “We Read on the Move” series, which includes goods such as notebooks, book bags, canvas bags, and other fine pieces of stationary. The merchandise will be on sale starting noon on Saturday, April 10.
As an incentive for early bird customers, a limited-edition gift set comprising one notebook and one book bag priced at NT$499 will be on sale on the first day these products hit store shelves! Supply of the gift set is limited so get them while they last!
The co-branded product will be available at Eslite Bookstore branches across Taiwan starting Friday, April 16. We hope the products will encourage people to exercise their imagination in their daily life and pick up the habit of reading daily.
