Feeling bored with nothing to do at home? Don’t want to borrow books from the library because don’t want to expose yourself to the pandemic? The Taipei Public Library (TPL) now offers readers more incentives to borrow and return books via your neighborhood convenience store!
From July 1 through December 31, readers who utilize the TPL book borrowing and returning services at FamilyMart across the island will have a chance to receive FamilyMart Book Borrowing/Returning fee rebate code! A total of 3,400 sets of code will be given away, so don’t miss this opportunity!
In light of the pandemic, to protect the health of readers and to maintain their right to access reading materials, TPL offers the option of borrowing and returning library materials through their neighborhood convenience stores.
From July 1 through December 31, readers who employ the borrowing and returning service at FamilyMart will receive the limited number rebate code. Each rebate code can be exchanged for NT$25 book borrowing/returning shipping fee.
In the midst of the quasi-lockdown, let TPL accompany you in fighting off boredom and safeguarding health through reading! For more information, please visit the Chinese website of TPL.
