During the Moon Festival long weekend (September 29th and 30th), the facility will extend its hours to 9 PM. The starlight ticket, which goes on sale at 4 PM, will be available at the affordable price of NTD120! Despite the late availability, this ticket still provides holders with unlimited access to the 13 major attractions at the park. The closing hour of the park will revert to 6 PM on October 1st.
The Baby and Toddler Sports Day is open to the public, and contenders can sign up for free (though online registration is required). There are two categories of competition, which are based on the age of the participating child. The baby crawling race is for children between the ages of 6 months and 14 months, while the toddler run is for toddlers between the ages of 15 months and 24 months. The kids will have to move baby formula cans and diapers to the finish line.
The competitions are slated for September 29th through October 1st, with each session limited to 60 contenders. Those who compete in the race will receive two Maokong Gondola one-day tickets and prizes worth over NTD1,000 in value. The top three winners will also take home extra, large-sized prizes!
The Moon Festival Barbecue Party will take place between 4 PM and 9 PM on September 29th. A total of 50 barbecue sets for families will be available at a price of NTD2,999 per set. Sign-up and payment are handled via TCAP's website. Each Moon Festival Barbecue Party package includes one set of barbecue equipment, one set of food ingredients, four TCAP One-day Passes, four Maokong Gondola One-day Fun Passes, as well as 30 gifts and souvenirs with a total value reaching NTD6,000!
