It was my first time here, the “脆皮燒肉” was amazing and I would say it’s the best 脆皮燒肉 I had ever have!

for years we go regularly to this great family restaurant on week end. Food quality has always been at the highest standard and service very friendly. Lately we noticed an improvement in all little details some dishes almost perfects became perfects (specially the hors d oeuvre with all little entries) and the Peking Duck was just impeccable fresh , well served and small pancakes well served easy to use. Also an unbelievable chicken soup. The only thing I regret is the tablecloth which seems to have disappeared. (May be it was only the day we were there ???? If not please change the picture on top.

We went to this restaurant for a class reunion lunch in May 2018. My wife was so impressed by the Perking duck they served. We had Peking duck in many other restaurants in Taipei and Taichung, we feel they have the best Peking duct. We went back for the second time one week later. They also have a large menu for all kinds of foos. Th service is great and courteous. It is recommend to make reservation before hand especially for Peking duck.

I took my family to this restaurant after having a craving for peking duck. I looked all over Tripadvisor for a good one near my hotel but most will only take advanced reservation. I am guessing that it was needed because it takes them time to prepare the duck. After calling the restaurant to reserve the table and I recalled asking the lady reception/operator if we can have the duck with no problem, I was told that that there was no problem. When we arrived we then were told that it would not be possible to have the peking duck in such short notice(2-3 hrs). After I explained to them that the people I spoke to told me that there was no problem with getting the duck, couple of the staff went back to the kitchen and see what they can do to make my happy. Well, they delivered the news I wanted to hear. Immediately we were seated for an unforgettable duck dinner. We ordered many dishes, from their roast pork, to the seafood clay pot, everything was fresh and yummy. I thank the staff for doing what they did in short notice.

The staff was great and environment. Reservations are highly recommended and if staying at the hotel call the guest service to make reservations. Note the earlier the better they start to clean and close around 9:30pm. We started at 8:20pm and by the time our order was taken many vegetables was sold out. The dishes are small and not many choice. Recommended the pork ribs with vinegar.
