As part of the program of the 2018 Taipei Hakka Yimin Festival, a small market is held concurrently that highlights Hakka culture and promotes products from Hakka communities across Taiwan. There are activities that allow visitors to experience Hakka culture, and showcase the diversity of the industries of Hakka communities. Hakka people living in Taipei, as well as those from other backgrounds, are given a chance to purchase original Hakka products in this environment of cultural exchange.
