Eid-al-Fitr is one of the most important Muslim festivals. In order to promote cultural exchanges, the Taipei City Government organizes "2024 Eid-al-Fitr in Taipei" at Daan Park. Muslims and citizens are invited to come together to visit halal market, watch performances, walk in each other's shoes, and experience the friendly and diversified Taipei!

Stage Performance (14:00-17:00)
This year, the government plans to invite VIT Dance Group, Indonesian local singer MUSICTA , as well as Taiwanese Indonesian singer-songwriter Vera and Southern Rhythm Drum Troupe-Malay Tambourine, for a variety of different performances. The goal is to allow Muslims in Taiwan to feel the festive atmosphere of their national religious festival through great music performances!

🎵Halal Market (11:00-17:00)
A variety of Muslim culture-based stalls and food booths are planned, starting at the Exit 9 of Daan Park, where the public can stroll around in the afternoon and learn more about Muslim culture, such as cuisine and religious ornaments.

🎵 Cultural Experience Area (12:30-17:00)
This year’s experience activities will lead citizens to understand Muslim multiculturalism from 4 aspects!
There are Muslim clothing experience, Islamic art coaster painting, Ketupat weaving and taste, and Taipei Halal life tour.

🎵 Outdoor Recreation Area (11:00-17:00)
This area is open for picnics and participants can pick Indonesian or English pop songs to sing along together while enjoy food in a joyful atmosphere.

Selling “Tom Yummy” oden and other Muslim-friendly products.

🌟 Migrant Workers Multicultural Exhibition Zone 11:00-17:00

Located at the Circular Plaza near Entrance No. 4 of Daan Park, Taipei City Foreign and Disabled Labor Office presents the abundant resources and achievements of "migrant worker services" in Taipei City. This includes information on language learning at Taipei Migrant Worker School, care skill training, cultural integration, as well as displays of the results of recent diverse integration activities.

There will be on-site activities such as migrant workers' favorite item voting, book exchange, vegetarian blessings collection, and lucky draws, with limited picnic mats, convenience store cash cards, and other gifts. We welcome everyone to actively participate and receive great prizes!

📌 Halal Accredited Partners Stores Digital Stamp Collection Campaign

🔴 Campaign content：Simply join the Taipei City Government's LINE official account to receive a stamp card from the menu (limited to one stamp card per LINE account). From April 4th to 14th, make purchases at partners stores or make purchases at the Halal Bazaar during the Eid-al-Fitr in Taipei celebration event on April 14th. Depending on the amount spent, you can receive corresponding points. Accumulate 3 points and you can redeem a FamilyMart gift card worth NT$100 at Service Counter No. 1 during the Eid-al-Fitr in Taipei celebration event (limited to 200 people, while supplies last).

🔴 How to Collect Points:

During the campaign period from April 4th to 14th, spending NT$100 or more at partner store will earn 1 point, NT$200 or more will earn 2 points, and NT$300 or more will earn 3 points. The maximum points per store is 3.
On April 14th, spend at the Halal Bazaar of the Eid-al-Fitr in Taipei celebration event, and you'll earn 1 point regardless of the amount spent. Each store is limited to 1 point.
