The mascot of Taipei Metro “A Ru” will like to praise everyone for doing a great job in in COVID-19 prevention!
Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation (TRTC) will offer subscribers of the Taipei Metro official LINE account (台北捷運生活讚) a free set of LINE stickers between July 20 and August 19! These sticker set is valid for a period of 90 days.

The new LINE stickers feature A Ru, the warm-hearted and helpful beagle with watery eyes who roots for every hard-working citizens and pandemic prevention staff members. Other expressions of the sticker set include “Thankfulness”, “In a Meeting”, “Don’t Want to Work” – comprising 8 types in total.
The official LINE account of Taipei Metro was established in 2019. The first set of free stickers given away spotlighted A Ru, Bravo, and other city government mascots. In 2020, the account distributed another set of free limited-time stickers, attracting 300,000 downloads within a 4-hour period.
Friends of the Taipei Metro account receive personalized updates on information spanning food, clothing, neighborhood happenings, raffle prize information and discounts. It also provides occasional information on rides and pandemic prevention info.
