In compliance with pandemic prevention measure adjustments, the Taipei Children’s Amusement Park (TCAP) will reopen to the public starting August 1. The park will implement a new online reservation system for visitors starting 2 PM on July 27.

During the initial reopening, visitors will be required to register beforehand via this site  before their visit. To take attractions, visitors must scan the QR code at the gate entrance or next to the ride entrance to sign up for available time slots. After receiving confirmation notice via email, they can show the notice to staff at the designated ride and line up 10 minutes before the appointment. Payment is accepted via either EasyCard or third-party payment.

The maximum number of people allowed to visit TCAP per day is 1,600. The park’s hours are from 9 AM through 5 PM (no entry after 4 PM).

However, a number of facilities in TCAP remain closed to the public under pandemic prevention guidelines. These include indoor areas such as Children’s Theater, exhibition area, and arcade (coin game machines and Jungle Exploration Hall for Toddlers), as well as Aqua Planet and Sandpit.

Furthermore, to commemorate Indigenous People’s Day on August 1, all indigenous people who made reservations to visit the park on this day will enjoy free admissions by showing their ID document.  

Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation (TRTC) reminds visitors that pandemic prevention measures such as mandatory face mask, temperature-taking before entry, and contract-tracing registration are still in effect. Hand sanitizers are available at the gates. Eating and drinking (with the exception of quick water/personal medication intake) are prohibited inside the park as well.
