Located in the northwest corner of Jieshou Park in Taipei City, the "Memorial to the Victims of the White Terror" is at Ketagalan Boulevard and Huaining Street. Facing the square in front of the Presidential Palace, its location is conspicuous and has historical and contemporary significance. Architect Li-Pu Wang designed this project, which started on October 16, 2007, and completed on March 27, 2008, as scheduled. President Shui-Bian Chen, Vice President Hsiu-Lien Lu, Executive Yuan Premier Chun-Hsiung Chang, and others attended the "Memorial to the Victims of the White Terror Project" completion ceremony.
